Esme - User Data Deletion

Aptar Digital Health, LLC (“ADH”, “we”, “us”) is committed to giving you control over your personal data in the Esme - MS Patient App. This page explains how you can delete your Esme account and the personal data associated with it. For full details on what data we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Notice.

How can I delete my account?

Are you sure you want to say goodbye to Esme? Once your account has been deleted, all of your data within Esme will also be deleted.

If you still want to delete your account, please follow these steps in the Esme app:

1. Click on your initial in the top right corner of the “Home” screen.
2. Click on “Edit profile” next to your name.
3. Scroll down to the “Delete my account” button.
4. Press this “Delete my account” button.
5. Proceed to the following steps to permanently delete your account.
